I also use Delightful Ivy, which makes a huge difference.
Yeah Rust Belt was my favorite to run alongside Vivid Fallout and Calamity Weathers. Everything Fallout modding, from Fallout 1 to Fallout 4 and everything in between. You should check them out at least for me this is the perfect balance. 140k members in the FalloutMods community. I have not been to the Glowing Sea yet but I would assume they didn't mod that area, but who knows. Verdant Wasteland really does a great job of adding leaves to trees but not too many, and not adding 1000 trees into the wasteland. I liked the thought of having lowered visibility but when the Mobs don't see the leaves it makes it kind of hard to fight them when you can't even see them.
Grasslands is awesome and adds all sorts of flowers etc, but the problem I had was finding a mod that put some leaves on the trees without adding 1000 new trees and making it as dense as and old growth forest. I finally settled on Grasslands, and Verdant Wasteland. I spent hours and hours sifting through the mods on the Nexus to get the environment to be a bit greener but not too overgrown.
